Spa Appointment Information

To better accommodate you, please book your spa appointment by phone during our normal hours of operation. Please keep in mind that normal hours of operation are affected by holidays. We recommend booking at least a day in advance. Parking is provided for non-guests. Just let the valet or front desk know, and they shall direct you. Please arrive right on time for your appointment. Early birds may have to have a seat outside and wait. To better serve our clients, we keep the outside world from intruding on our peace & quiet.  Spa door remains closed until spa appointment time. Anyone later than 15 minutes will be responsible for full price and may have time deducted from their session.  

Cancellation Policy

We respect your time and appreciate your choice to spend it with Lost In Serenity Spa. Booking a reservation is your acceptance of our cancellation policy. At the time of booking, you will be asked to secure your reservation with a credit card. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you give us an advance notice of 24 hours. We will bill the card 50 percent of the service amount if we do not receive the 24 hour prior notification of cancellation or reschedule. All scheduling is done by phone.
